I’ve been working out with Patrycja since 2017. She is motivating, kind, knowledgeable. I’ve had herniated discs in my low back that have been causing me pain since I was a teenager. I was afraid to work out and intimidated by the gym but we started slow and now 5 years later I’m happy to say that with Patrycja’s help I NEVER have back spasms anymore. She’s generous with her time and always lets you go at your pace all while still being encouraging.
